The Young At Heart program was initiated over twenty years ago by then minister, Harry Summers.

Originally named “Golden Sixties,” this ministry is intended to encourage those of the congregation and community aged sixty and older.  We’re together twice a month.  On the second Thursday of the month we meet for fellowship, Bible Study, and lunch in the church’s fellowship hall.  The third Thursday sees us taking a field trip to a museum, shopping center, or some sort of attraction, usually within an hour’s drive of Woodsfield.  Not only are many memories shared, but many are made as a result of time together.
